New City Fellowship of Atlantic City, a new cross cultural church plant of the PCA, is seeking a part-time, cross cultural Music Director. Schedule includes leading a weekday evening rehearsal and a Sunday Worship Service. Time commitment is around 10 to 15 hours/week at $10,000 a year.
The applicant must be conversant with black gospel, contemporary Christian and selected hymns with a particular emphasis on celebrative, joyful worship. In particular, we are looking for an individual who wants to be a part of our church family and ministry.
The Ideal Applicant has:
• A growing relationship with Jesus Christ
• Prior experience in Church music ministry
• Ability to communicate with Church staff and other music ministry participants in an effective and timely manner
• Ability to attract additional singers to song ministry
